UK Lavender Essential Oil, made from English Lavender, is considered to produce a poorer quality Lavender Oil. Aromatically, this is very much in evidence.

The key difference between Lavender Spike Aromatherapy Oil & Lavender True Essential Oil is the high camphor and 1.8 cineole content of Lavender Spike Essential Oil. Because of this, Lavender Spike Essential Oil is significantly more stimulating than Lavender True Essential Oil.
