Q. Do You Respond To Private Messages On Social Media?
A. Sorry, Wild As The Wind doesn’t respond to private message on social media. This is to ensure administrative coherence, and an optimal level of professionalism.
Private messages on social media can easily be overlooked, and it’s not always possible to provide attachments and other resources that are required in order to properly deal with an enquiry.
If all mail is delivered to one inbox, where it can be dealt with in a timely manner, and archived properly, this permits a level of professionalism that social media cannot provide.
Q. Do You Do Bespoke Products?
A. Regrettably, for legal reasons, it isn’t possible for Wild As The Wind to make personalised products for you. All of the products available are as advertised on this website.
Q. Who Can Buy Wild As The Wind Products?
A. Sadly, only UK orders are possible, at present.
European orders were made possible in 2019, via the Wild As The Wind Shop, for posting anywhere in Europe.
We are very sorry to say, European orders ceased on 31 January 2020 due to Brexit: Hopefully, this will be temporary suspension.
European orders will be reinstated when it is possible to implement systems to deal with all of the differing sales taxes and import duties within each European country. Unfortunately, sales taxes and import duties differ from one European country to another, making the situation a very complicated one.
However, as an interim measure, it is possible to make international orders, indirectly. Please read International Orders for more information.
Sadly, despite an increasing demand from the USA it is not possible to ship fluids to the USA and Canada. We are currently looking for a distributor in the USA to overcome this issue.

Q. Where Can I Buy Wild As The Wind Products?

Q. Do You Wholesale?
A. Wild As The Wind handles a small number of wholesale customers, who are subject to a different set of arrangements than our retail customers. For example, wholesale customers must commit to buying essential oils in 50ml bottles, or larger, and there’s a minimum order value that must be achieved. Plus, wholesale customers may have to wait up to two weeks for their orders to be processed.
Prospective wholesale customers must apply, and be approved as a wholesale customer, prior to placing their first wholesale order.
Q. Do You Provide Documentation With Essential Oils & Carrier Oils?
A. All Wild As The Wind essential oils and carrier oils are fully tested and documented by our suppliers. However, these documents are commercially sensitive so we do not publish them on this website. Nor do we email them to retail customers.
Documents are available for wholesale customers if requested when a wholesale order is placed. Sadly, for a number of administrative and logistical reasons, documentation cannot be requested beyond this point.

I am in Utah USA. I bought your active silver eye drops online via Amazon. My question did not seem answered on your frequent answer questions.
When I put the drops in my eyes, it feels momentarily like something irritating is in my eye but goes away quickly. Ive never experienced this with other eye drops. I have assumed it is the silver effect. It doesn’t hurt or burn. It just feels irritating instead of soothing. I wondered if I have a bad batch or if this is, like I said above-the silver effect? Once the irritation goes away, I don’t feel anything.
I have forwarded your feedback to Active Silver, via email, who I am guessing you placed your order with, on Amazon. Wild As The Wind are not on Amazon, so you cannot have bought the product from us. I am sure they will get back to you soon. They are an excellent company.
