Q. Do you respond to private messages on social media?
A. Sorry, Wild As The Wind doesn’t respond to private message on social media. This is to ensure administrative coherence, and because private messages are easily overlooked. All mail needs to be delivered to one inbox where it can be dealt with in a timely manner.
Q. Do You Do Bespoke Products?
A. Regrettably, for legal reasons, it isn’t possible for Wild As The Wind to make personalised products for you.
Q. Who can buy Wild As The Wind products?
A. Sadly, only UK orders are possible at present.
European orders were made possible in 2019: Orders could be placed via the Wild As The Wind Shop for posting anywhere in Europe.
European orders ceased on 31 January 2020 due to Brexit: Unfortunately, European orders have been temporarily suspended owing to the confusion around the implications of Brexit. European orders will be reinstated once the situation has been fully clarified by the UK government, and taxation rates for countries are known.
Sadly, despite increasing demand from the USA it is not possible to ship fluids to the USA and Canada. We are currently looking for a distributor in the USA to overcome this issue.
