Add a couple of drops of Deep Sleep Essential Oil Blend to a hanky and inhale deeply and slowly. Hold your breath for four or five seconds and then ehale slowly out through your mouth. Repeat for a couple of minutes, or until you feel relaxed and ready to drift off to sleep.
You can also add 2-3 drops of Deep Sleep Essential Oil Blend to your diffuser. This means that you can leave your diffuser running whilst you drift off to sleep.
