Wild As The Wind Ease Essential Oil Blend contains the following analgesic, anti-inflammatory aromatherapy oils:

Katrafay Essential Oil

Katrafay Essential Oil is profoundly anti-inflammatory, making it an excellent choice for all autoimmune diseases and inflammatory skin conditions such as; acne, eczema, psoriasis and rosacea etc.

It is also a powerful relaxant, helping to ease tension and discomfort experienced as a result of overly strained muscles and tendons.

It also provides profound emotional support.

Plai Essential Oil

Plai Essential Oil is an exquisitely exotic smelling oil which is renowned for its analgesic benefits.

Plai Essential Oil has been traditionally used to treat profound levels of discomfort, and is used these days by trained aromatherapists as a key pain management strategy for those suffering from acute and chronic pain.

Cistus Essential Oil

Cistus Essential Oil has been used to treat many respiratory infections, and respiratory disorders including coughs, colds, bronchitis, Asthma, allergies and flu.

Being deeply anti-inflammatory, Cistus Essential Oil is exceptional for joint and muscle soreness, as well as the symptoms of autoimmune conditions.

Topical Application

All essential oils and essential oil blends must be diluted in a good carrier oil prior to topical application on your skin. To enhance the profoundly supportive influences of this Wild As The Wind Ease Essential Oil Blend, diluting it in Organic St John’s Wort Oil is recommended.

Organic St John’s Wort Oil

Organic St. John’s Wort Oil is used for a number of healing purposes in Eastern Europe, particularly in the Balkan region. It is variously used to treat myalgia, neuralgia, minor wounds and burns (including sunburn), as well as abrasions, bruises, contusions, ulcers etc…

It is thought to be exceptional for conditions such as sciatica, and for this reason it is used as the base oil in Wild As The Wind Frankincense & St. John’s Wort Preparation.

Organic St John’s Wort is contraindicated for people taking certain prescription drugs. This is because Organic St John’s Wort can adversely affect the efficacy of certain prescription drugs. Read the list.

Organic Arnica Oil

Another ideal carrier oil is Organic Arnica Oil or the ethically sourced alternative Arnica Oil.

Arnica Oil is particularly beneficial for injuries and other acute applications. Nevertheless, it is also very helpful for chronic conditions.

It is excellent for relieving all symptoms of injury and inflammation, and it will speed recovery.

Alternative Carrier Oils

Other deeply helpful carrier oils, that are suited to this Wild As The Wind Ease Essential Oil Blend, are:

Organic Nigella Sativa Oil [Food Grade]

Organic Tamanu Oil (especially for aggravated skin conditions, wounds and scar tissue).

Usage Instructions

Place a single drop of Wild As The Wind Ease Essential Oil Blend on a hanky and inhale for a couple of minutes. Deep in-breaths through your nose are the most beneficial, as this directs the oils towards your head.

For topical application, please consult How To Use Essential Oils to decide which concentration of oil is most suitable for you.

General rule of thumb…

If you are going to use your diluted oil blend on a small area of your body, you can safely use a 5% dilution.

5 reviews for Ease Essential Oil Blend

  1. Susan Hardy

I couldn’t wait to try the new Ease Essential Oil. I have osteoarthritis in my hip & a hypersensitive nerve issue which causes extreme pain in my back, hip & knee… caused after an op… It has given me pain like I’ve never experienced before and battling with it for over a year the Ease Oil combined with organic St Johns wort has greatly relieved my day to day pain. It truly works its magic, enabling me to be more mobile during the day & sleep better at night. Highly recommend.

  2. Maria McGouran (verified owner)

I am amazed by the efficacy of the Ease blend. I suffer from Ehler Danlos Syndrome, a condition that because of my lack of collagen leads to a lot of muscle or joint complaints.
I diluted the Ease blend with Nigella Sativa (so I could use the other half internally) and used it when I had real problems with my tight calves. After a few applications the blend started to work and I could get a pain free night’s sleep. I have also recently massaged the blend on the right side of my body due to shoulder and leg nerve pain. It once again stopped the pain and I am now on the road to recovery due to the magic of these special essential Ease oils.
I am so in wonder at Rachel’s incredibly effective and natural products – I am building up a health cabinet with them and getting rid of the commercial products I have used in the past.

  3. Djamila

I am a chef, gardener and have had two operations to my hands over the years. When I had the fortitude of applying this divine Ease oil blend I was really taken by surprise by its almost immediate effect. It relieved me from pains and I now apply it every night before sleep. I have, without doubt, felt the good grace of these precious oils. I felt desperate to be able to get on with my life and my passions for cooking and gardening. And now I can. It smells divine and I always attract good comments when applying it in my workplace. Thank you from my heart and my demanding hands! Djamilasfreshfeasts x

  4. lucy unwin (verified owner)

I have been using Ease along with Fir Needle diluted in a carrier oil and adding to my bath. I am a gardener and have lately been suffering with extreme joint and muscle pain, probably general wear and tear after a lifetime of manual work but also exacerbated by the jolly old menopause I think, it was really getting me down. Since I’ve been using these oils in my bath the difference has been really noticeable, my body feels much freer and all the aches much less. Plus the aroma of the oils fills my bathroom with such a divine smell that lasts until the next day. Its a joy. I am looking forward to trying Ease as a massage on my poor knees!

    • Rachel Wild

Hi Lucy, I’m so glad that Ease Essential oil Blend is helping, but massaging is definitely the way to go! It has been formulated to be diluted in one of the recommended carrier oils in the product description (St. John’s Wort Oil, as long as there are no contraindications, or Arnica Oil and perhaps even Nigella Sativa Oil? All available from Wild As The Wind, and all great quality oils, especially if you get the organic versions.) Add 100 drops of Ease Essential oil Blend to 100ml of your chosen carrier oil, to make a 5% dilution. This would be perfect for your knees. And, thanks for letting me know that Wild As The Wind essential oils are the best quality oils that you have been able to find in your Organic Geranium Essential Oil review, and for all of your fantastic feedback. So grateful you’ve taken the time to leave several reviews. Much love, Rachel x x x

  5. Jo Kingston (verified owner)
