Trust Essential Oil Blend Usage Instructions

Suitable for use in diffusers.

For optimal therapeutic benefit, direct inhalation is advised, supplemented with topical application to pulse and Vagul points.

This pure essential oil blend is a concentrate of very powerful essential oils. It must be diluted with a suitable carrier oil prior to topical application. Please refer to the Ultimate Guide To Carrier Oils to help you select carrier for you as an individual, and for the season.

If you know that you have digestive issues, or you suspect that you might have, a few drops of pre-diluted Trust Essential Oil Blend can be applied directly to your abdomen, three times a day.

Rub the oilgently, in a clockwise direction, using the full palm of your hand. The warmth generated by your rhythmic motion will help the oil to penertrate deeply into your skin.

Very small amounts of this aromatherapy blend need to be used when using it for diffusing or for direct inhalation. The same is true of topical application.

For example, a 10ml bottle of Trust Essential Oil Blend will make the following:

Direct Inhalation

The most cost-efficient way of directly inhaling your Trust Essential Oil Blend is to place a couple of drops on to a square of kitchen roll and then place it in a jar with an airtight lid. Remove the lid to inhale your Trust Essential Oil Blend for a couple of minutes when you feel taxed. Place the jar directly beneath your nose and inhale through your nose, slowly and evenly.

Hold the vapours in your lungs for five seconds before slowly exhaling out through your mouth.

Do this for a couple of minutes before replacing the lid, closing it firmly. Store in a cool, dark place until you need it again.

According to Robert Tisserand & Rodney Young, there are no known contraindications for Davana Essential Oil. However, due to high levels of ketones in Davana Essential Oil, those with sensitive skin may experience a mild reaction.
