Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend

Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend is intended for inhalation purposes only. It contains the top five essential oils, identified through extensive scientific research, as being the most effective for fighting all of the many different forms of antibiotic resistant bacteria.

The aromatherapy oils in Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend have all been shown to possess the following benefits: antibacterial + antifungal + anti-inflammatory + antiparasitic + anti-viral

Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend should only be used acutely, (for no more than 10 days at a time), and use should not be resumed for a month or so.

This essential oil blend is not suitable for those under 10 years of age. Instead, please use Five Allies 2022 Essential Oil Blend and Five Gentle Allies Essential Oil Blend, where appropriate.

Should you decide to dilute Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend for intermittent / occasional topical application, then Organic Nigella Sativa Oil would likely be the best choice, in most circumstances.

Like the aromatherapy oils in Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend, Organic Nigella Sativa Oil is anti-inflammatory and antifungal.

A pre-diluted blend of Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend and Food Grade, Organic Nigella Sativa Oil can be used for acute applications, like cleaning wounds, and providing symptomatic relief for issues such as: fungal skin infections + bacterial skin infections + viral skin infections

Do not exceed a dilution of 5% when blending Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend with Organic Nigella Sativa Oil.

Please note, it is extremely important to understand that essential oils are very potent, even when diluted in a carrier oil, like Organic Nigella Sativa Oil.

If you choose to dilute this essential oil blend for topical application, then it is important for you to follow the advice provided by an authoritative book on the subject. More specifically, aromatherapy books that focus on how to use essential oils safely and effectively are your best options.

A pre-diluted blend of Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend with a suitable carrier oil should not be applied topically to those under the age of fourteen. Please see Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend Cautions & Contraindications, below, for more information.

Diluting Five Allies 2022 Essential Oil Blend For Topical Use

Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend must be properly diluted in a suitable carrier oil prior to topical application.

Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend should be diluted at a maximum 5% dilution before local topical application can take place. But, because the essential oils in this blend are very potent, a blend of 2%, 3% or 4% essential oil to carrier oil would still be very effective.

If you intend to apply your diluted oil to a good-sized area, such as a full forearm, then use a maximum 3% dilution.

Larger surface areas should receive an even more diluted oil… 2% for a full arm, or for abdominal use, and a 1% dilution for any areas larger than this.

ALWAYS PERFORM A PATCH TEST BEFORE APPLYING A DILUTED OIL TO A LARGE AREA OF YOUR BODY!

Dilution Ratios

1% Dilution: c. 20 – 25 drops of essential oil blend in 100ml of carrier oil

2% Dilution: c. 40 – 45 drops of essential oil blend in 100ml of carrier oil

3% Dilution: c. 60 – 65 drops of essential oil blend in 100ml of carrier oil

4% Dilution: c. 80 – 90 drops of essential oil blend in 100ml of carrier oil

5% Dilution: c. 100 – 110 drops of essential oil blend in 100ml of carrier oil

Always err on the side of caution and use a lesser amount if unsure. Or, if you are nervous about diluting essential oils, please refer to How To Use Essential Oils for further guidance.

Using Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend

Those using Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend for inhalation should be 10 years, or above.

Steam Inhalation

Add a few drops of Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend to a bowl of boiling water. Place your head over the bowl, at a comfortable distance, and place a towel over your head. Spread the edges of the towel outwards and lower them down, encompassing the bowl of hot water.

The purpose of this is to trap the steam under the towel so that you can breathe it in.

Inhale the steam deeply into your lungs for as long as the water continues to produce steam.

Please be aware that very hot steam can burn, so wait until the steam is tolerable, but as hot as possible.

Direct Inhalation

The most cost-efficient way of directly inhaling your Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend is to place up to five drops of drops on to a square of kitchen roll and then place it in a jar with an airtight lid.

Remove the lid to inhale your Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend for a minute, or so, when you feel congested / infected.

The Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend should help to clear your airways, and help to improve your symptoms.

Place the jar directly beneath your nose and inhale through your nose, slowly and evenly.

Hold the vapours in your lungs for five seconds, or for however long it feels comfortable, before slowly exhaling out through your mouth.

After use, replace the lid, closing it firmly.

Store in a cool, dark place until you need it again.

Use in this way up to five times a day.

If you experience any other effects than those described, especially one that feels uncomfortable or non-beneficial, then stop using the oil blend, and consult with your healthcare professional to determine whether using Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend is the best option for you.

Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend Cautions & Contraindications

  • For intermittent use only.
  • For inhalation purposes.
  • Not to be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women.
  • Not to be used by children under 10 years of age.
  • Do not exceed stated dosages.
  • Avoid eyes and intimate areas.
  • Avoid if you have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, owing to the Clove Essential Oil content of this blend.
  • Keep away from children and store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

    Just to let you know that I bought the Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend on the recommendation of our homeopath, who said it would help get rid of some toenail fungus on 3 of my toes, when diluted at 5% dilution in Nigella Sativa Oil. After trying many standard products, the pre-diluted Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend has made a marked difference after only a few weeks.

    I bought a large bottle as it appeared to have extra! Can we use if for massage and other ailments?

      The essential oils in Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend are not an ideal choice for a massage oil. This is mainly because Oregano Essential Oil is super strong and is much better used therapeutically for specific conditions.

    This is the first time that I have ordered Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend and I do so on my Mum’s recommendation. She swears by it. As others have said, it is calming, smells wonderful and is fabulous for the immune system. Other reasons that my Mum likes it is because she says that it works wonders on any form of blemish, including bites, when she dilutes it in Nigella S. Oil. She even uses it on her Bulbous Pemphigoid blisters (immune system related condition) and the blisters disappear overnight. She loves it!

    I got Covid last week, and along with a good stock of Vitamins / Cellular Silver / Oxylift I used my Five Allies 2020 Oil. I bought it in March 2020, and it’s now December, and as with ALL of the products Ive brought from Rachel it is magical. I rub the pre-blended oil on my chest, the Lung part of my feet, and into my Palms and behind my ears, massaging it onto my upper chest and lungs. I use Organic Nigella Sativa Oil for diluting it as this is recommended.

    During this very sweet ritual I keep inhaling the Five Allies 2020 Oil with my hands over my nose. It’s been so soothing, and the smell is just so calming too. It feels like a permanent part of my medical cabinet from here onwards. I’ve just ordered some extra so I can gift it to someone who may need it over the next few months. REAL Medicine that is so sweet and has this wonderful grace of pure energy which is what we all ought to have in our medicine cabinets – I hope that one day soon this vision will be a reality.     I love this Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend, and I’m on my second bottle. It has become a ritual to rub on after the equally amazing Frankincense and St Johns Wort oil after my shower. Smells beautiful and aids in boosting my immune system. I also blend it with Organic Nigella Sativa Oil and put it on my children if they feel a little under the weather as a boost and pick-me-up.     I found this oil to be very calming. I suffer from IBS and anxiety and stress. Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil mixed with Nigella Sativa has helped a lot. Just a small drop on my Vegas Nerve when I go to sleep or my wrists for me. I don’t need a lot so it’s goes a long way.

    I love this oil. It helps with respiratory infections and smells great in my diffuser. I also rub a drop on my vagus nerve and alternate with Five Allies 2022 Oil or Five Gentle Allies Oil. I carry a bottle with me wherever I go. It’s even fab against biting insects so they now go and munch someone else instead of me.

    Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend is a godsend, literally. I have had a recurring chesty phlegmy cough for the last 6 months or so. Rachel recommended I liberally apply Five Allies 2020 Oil, diluted in Nigella Sativa Oil, on my lung area, front and back and around my vagus nerve behind my ears and down my neck, aiming for three times a day though sometimes twice is all I achieve.     I Had a cold sore start coming on my lip last week I decided I would try Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend on it so glad I did it didn’t erupt as much as it has done in the past and soon disappeared after bout 5 days where in the past I have them for bout 14 days then it often leaves a scar for a week.     I met you at Glastonbury Frost Fayre and bought a couple items off you to help aid me at the time.
    The Five Allies 2020 Essential Oil Blend has worked wonders!! It has massively helped with my bad tooth/gum I had last week.
    I’m still using it on my lady area/pelvic bone as it helps numb the area of pain.. haven’t got end results as to what’s happening but it’s helping with the pain. I’ve noticed the oil is definitely helping with some of the symptoms of infection, so it’s definitely doing something. Magical!!
