    As soon as one of us feel flu or something coming on I mix 1 drop thyme, 1 drop tea tree and 1 drop oregano oil in some coconut oil and apply that 3 times a day.

    I bought this after recently learning of the ‘Pechoti’ method (putting oils – suitably diluted – into your belly button)
    I’m using (in an atomiser) to help with the colds that are doing the rounds & using topically on the belly button for hormone balancing. It has an added bonus of helping with blood pressure – a friend suffers with this and she is using both to help with that and to help remove excess water, salt & toxins as well.
    I first encountered it’s therapeutic effects when I bought some Thieves Oil 2020 in 2021.
    As always with Rachel’s oils the quality is fantastic & the personal touches (like thank you notes) make shopping a pleasure.
