Description
Appease Essential Oil Blend
Appease Essential Oil Blend has been formulated to help us recover from toxic exposures and stress related conditions. Stress can cause all manner of unwanted side effects. It negatively impacts us at a systemic level, undermining major organ function, our digestion and hormonal health.
Appease Essential Oil Blend helps with all of these by supporting us at a systemic level.
Stress comes in many forms:
- Emotional stress: toxic relationships, money worries & professional stress etc.
- Chemical stressors: insecticides, household cleaning products, skincare products & pharmaceuticals etc.
- Toxic stressors: mould, wireless technologies, building materials, plastics in the food chain etc.
- Infections: parasites, bacterial & viral infections
- Trauma: accidents, war or pandemics etc.
Appease Essential Oil Blend Focus
The Appease Essential Oil Blend has been developed to help people with multiple debilitating symptoms, but which are often difficult to diagnose.
Without a diagnosis, it’s not possible to receive treatment. So, the Appease Essential Oil Blend will hopefully provide symptomatic relief, and improve day to day function, for those who find themselves in this predicament.
For example, the Appease Essential Oil Blend may provide symptomatic relief from all of the symptoms of PoTs, or Postural Tachycardia syndrome.
POTS is a form of Dysautonomia, a disorder of the autonomic nervous system. The autonomic nervous system governs the unconscious / automatic functions of our body like heart rate, blood pressure, sweating and temperature regulation.
Postural tachycardia syndrome is characterised by an abnormal increase in heart rate which occurs after sitting up from a reclined position, or standing. Typical symptoms include dizziness and fainting, but this condition can also include the following side effects:
- Heart palpitations
- Chest pain
- Shaking and sweating
- Dizziness / lightheadedness, especially when standing up
- Breathlessness
- Weakness and fatigue
- Nausea
- Fainting
- Cognitive issues: Memory loss & poor concentration aka brain fog
- Headaches
- Poor sleep
- Insomnia
However, these symptoms are extremely common, with one or several relating to many other conditions.
For example, people suffering from blood sugar issues, panic attacks, chronic stress, or Thyroid issues will very likely be able to relate to many of these symptoms. Heat stroke may also be the culprit.
This is why a diagnosis for these kinds of symptoms can be difficult. Nevertheless, it is important to seek a diagnosis, as some of the conditions which exhibit these symptoms can be very serious.
For example, some of the symptoms listed might be indicative of a heart rhythm disorder, such as atrial fibrillation, or atrial flutter, and tachycardia. These heart disorders can be very serious, and must be properly diagnosed by your healthcare provider.
Appease Essential Oil Blend Applications
However, the good news is, Appease Essential Oil Blend will be beneficial to anyone suffering from one, or several, of the symptoms listed, in almost all cases. This is because the essential oils in Appease Essential Oil Blend help to address the underlying issues contributing to many of the conditions mentioned.
It is excellent for digestive issues, reducing stress, neurological conditions, emotional health and hormone health.
The essential oils in Appease Essential Oil Blend are very unlikely to be contraindicated if you are taking other medicines for any of the conditions listed. They may, however, result in you needing to lower the dose of your conventional medicines.
If you have any concerns about potential drug reactions, please consult your healthcare professional prior to use.
In addition, if you are taking medications for stress-related conditions, or to support emotional health, it is important to notify your healthcare provider that you are using essential oils as part of your stress management protocol. This will mean that your doctor can reduce your reliance on medical prescriptions, where appropriate.

A Word On Stress
Chronic stress can be the precursor for serious health conditions. However, small amounts of stress are necessary for our health.
These short bursts of stress are referred to as hormetic stress, and are the reason why hot and cold showers, and saunas followed by cold plunge pools etc, are so beneficial. Wim Hoff is a great proponent of hormetic stress / attaining the state of hormesis. He advocates for elevated temperatures to be followed by freezing temperatures.
The detoxification and stress reduction achieved by these methods are considerable.

Bergamot FCF Essential Oil
Bergamot FCF Essential Oil regulates and balances all aspects of our nervous system… the central and autonomic nervous system… This makes it of full-spectrum benefit for all of the symptoms of nervous system disorder:
- Hyperactivity + restlessness
- Sluggishness + exhaustion + chronic fatigue
- Emotional imbalances: anxiety + depression
- Prolonged stress + tension (environmental toxins, emotional stress, chronic illness etc)
Bergamot FCF Essential Oil is antidepressant + anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) when inhaled + sedative. It has been shown to increase the neurotransmitter, Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which blocks impulses between nerve cells in the brain. Low levels of GABA are known to exacerbate emotional disorders, epilepsy and chronic pain.
Its sedative effects are also significant. Bergamot FCF Essential Oil calms and relaxes our nervous system by lowering blood cortisol and corticosterone, which are both stress hormones.
Bergamot FCF Essential Oil also interacts with another important hormone required for good nervous system function. It stimulates melatonin, which is necessary for sleep.
As an antispasmodic Bergamot FCF Essential Oil acts as a neurotonic, helping to rebalance our nervous system, including the autonomic nervous system.
Although sedative, it is also a stimulant, increasing neurotransmitter amino acid levels in the hippocampus. Specifically, the neurotransmitter amino acids influenced are glycine, GABA and glutamine.
Bergamot FCF Essential Oil is also a tonic, exerting neuroprotective actions which prevent the accumulation of glutamate.
It is detoxifying, lymphotonic and hepato-protective, (supports liver function). Our liver, is our most important detox pathway.
As a choleretic it stimulates bile production & evacuation, and it also promotes a hypocholesterolemic action, lowering cholesterol levels.
Because it is antispasmodic, it helps prevent bronchial, ureteral duct, bile duct and intestinal smooth muscle fibre spasms.
*The ureter is a small tube that connects the bladder and kidneys.
Bergamot FCF Essential Oil supports digestive health. Digestive function is the first process in our body to be compromised when we are under stress or suffering from nervous disorders. It is: anti-nausea + anti-ulcer + appetite regulator + gastro-protective + carminative + digestive + laxative. Consequently, it influences motility and gastric acidity, whilst also reducing gastro-oesophageal reflux.
Bergamot FCF Essential Oil is also anti-inflammatory. Specifically, it reduces inflammation and helps recalibrate our immune response by optimising efficiency and minimising negative impacts.
As Bergamot FCF Essential Oil is cortisone-like, it acts as a pituitary-adrenal cortex stimulant, which is beneficial for those suffering from prolonged inflammatory conditions, such as the 140+ known autoimmune diseases etc.
Additionally, Bergamot FCF Essential Oil is antiviral and antibacterial, which also supports immune function.
As Bergamot FCF Essential Oil is analgesic, as well as anti-inflammatory, it possesses potent pain-relieving potential. Pain is a key promoter of stress, and nervous system excitation. Wild As The Wind also carry an Organic Bergamot FCF Essential Oil.
