What Happens If We Don’t Ground Out?
A failure to ground ourselves within nature leads to all kinds of serious health issues, including:

- Cognitive decline: brain fog and memory loss etc…
- Sleep issues
- Systemic decline
- Fatigue… loss of vitality
- Sense of alienation & disconnectedness
- In the absence of vibrancy we, sadly, arrive at dullness
Our Connection To Nature
We are inextricably connected to nature. This is because we are OF nature.
If we absent ourselves from the life-giving forces of nature, and the detoxifying properties of nature, then we will lose our sense of purpose… our orientation… And, we will lose contact with our inspiration and the true joy of being alive..
Life without exposure to nature becomes flat. When this happens a downward spiral begins…
We start requiring evermore stimulation to feel alive.
More exploding colour in the form of neon lights in our cities.
More noise and graphic colour from our TV’s and video games.
More salacious gossip.
More celebrities being shamed.
Just more… more… more…
But, none of it will fill the void. And, none of it will halt the irrevocable decline in our health.
Sadly, all of these things help to speed up our mental and physical decline. And, because technologies are capable of providing excessive stimulation, it can make nature seem less abundant… less colourful… less attractive…
But, it’s a trap…
Technology Is Ageing Us & Stealing Our Humanity
When we engage with technology we tend to be stationary… inert…
Movement helps us to stay human… it is also necessary to initiative many vitally important processes within our body.
Those who sit at computers all day develop all manner of issues. Some of the most insidious and debilitating are bodily misalignments, and muscle loss, but, the problems travel even deeper, affecting us at a systemic level…
Our major organs are also affected. One of the most concerning downward trends is the development of fatty liver disease.
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, (aka NAFLD), is an umbrella term denoting a range of liver conditions, which are becoming increasingly prevalent amongst people who consume little to no alcohol at all.
*Liver conditions have historically been the preserve of those who consume large quantities of alcohol daily, with cirrhosis being the most common liver condition among this group. However, the consistent consumption of large quantities of alcohol also leads to fatty liver disease, and this has been the leading cause of fatty liver disease, up until recent times.
Fatty liver disease is also known as hepatic steatosis.
According to The British Liver Trust
63% of UK adults are now classed as obese and overweight, and it’s estimated that 1 in 3 have early-stage non-alcohol related fatty liver disease (NAFLD)… Since 1970, deaths due to liver disease have increased by 400%. Every day, over 40 people die from liver disease in the UK. This is in stark contrast to other major killer diseases, such as heart disease and cancer, in which the number of deaths have either remained stable or decreased.
*There has been a dramatic increase in cancer since 2021. This correlates to roll-out of the experimental gene therapy injections for coronavirus were rolled out.
However, correlation does not always denote causation.
Are You Properly grounded?
A lot of us are taking more care of our health and practicing good mental and sleep hygiene… but, many of us still need to expose ourselves to more negative ions and start earthing ourselves properly… recreating the connection to the planet we live on, as well as the Divine.
Too many of us are locked in some kind of technological bubble, getting ever more distant from our roots. It’s time to download the radiation, which is making us so sick, down into the earth where it will dissipate and not do anyone any more harm…
