Oregano Essential Oil

Oregano Essential Oil has many aromatherapy applications, owing to a potent mix of benefits.

It is used for topical application after it has been properly diluted in suitable carrier oil. *Due to its potency, Oregano Essential Oil must always be properly diluted prior to topical application.

Oregano Essential Oil can also be used for diffusing, but is best diluted with other essential oils for this purpose.

Oregano Essential Oil blends well with a good number of other aromatherapy oils derived from medicinal herbs and spices. (See list below.)

However, Oregano Essential Oil has a pungent aroma which can sometimes overpower more delicately scented aromatherapy oils.

Oregano Aromatherapy Oil is herbaceous, spicy, crisp and almost camphorous, with mild citrusy overtones. It is the key components of Eugenol and the Phenol, Cravacrol, which lend this essential oil it’s most potent aromatic qualities.

A second ten-day period of use is advised after one month has elapsed if you are performing parasite cleansing protocols, otherwise a single ten-day period of usage should be sufficient.

    My daughter and husband always have sinus problems and at the first sign they steam with a couple of drops of oregano and eucalyptus and it always helps so much.
