Usage Instructions

Place a single drop of Wild As The Wind Harmony Essential Oil Blend on a hanky and then place the hanky directly beneath your nose. Inhale for a couple of minutes.

Deep in-breaths through your nose are the most beneficial, as this directs the oils towards the limbic region of your brain.

It is also possible to place a kitchen roll square in a clean jar, with tightly fitting lid, and then place 5 or so drops of Harmony Essential Oil Blend onto the kitchen roll square. Inhale directly from this jar as and when required. Do not exceed 20 times per day.

General rule of thumb…

If you are going to use your diluted oil blend on a small area of your body, you can safely use a 5% dilution. This dilution is ideal for applying to pulse points on your wrists and the Vagal points in your neck. Again, try and limit applications to twenty times a day, or less.

Only apply your pre-diluted Harmony Essential Oil Blend to your pulse points and Vagal points when you feel you need it.

If you are going to use Harmony Essential Oil Blend body-wide, then a 1% dilution is required.
